Returns & Refund Policy

At Ragodeco.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be accepted, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and included hardware.

  • Be supported by valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

  • Not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page.

Return Authorization Process

All returns must be approved before shipping any item back. To begin the process, contact us at contact@ragodeco.shop. Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label.

  • Instructions for proper packaging.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Products that arrive damaged (including frames, prints, or packaging).

  • Items that differ from what was ordered in size, design, or color.

  • Missing parts or hanging hardware.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products, including those with added text or images.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Any approved refund can then be used toward your new purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply.
